Terms Of Service

This document outlines of the terms of agreement (the "Agreement") between the link buyer (the "Bidder") and Directory Leaders (the "Directory").

The Bidder must agree to the terms of this document to bid with the Directory.

Link Policy

• Directory must be complete. No "Under Construction" or redirection will be accepted
• Directory details cannot be changed unless specifically permitted by Directory Leaders
• Directory link is listed permanently in our directory but position is determined by bids
• Directory link can be removed at any time for violating our link policies
• Directories containing illegal or adult-related or escort Web sites are strictly forbidden
• Directories made only for adsense or advertisements or affiliate marketing are forbidden too.
• Directories that infringe copyrights or promote violence, fraud, racism, illegal or warez are strictly forbidden
• Directory link must not contain ALL CAPS or too many adjectives like "cool", "awesome", etc.
• Valid directory titles, URLs and descriptions are always at the discretion of Directory Leaders

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Bids are non-refundable.
• You can remove a bid or directory link by contacting us. Once ownership is confirmed your directory will be removed, however no bids will be refunded.
